Hotel and Resort Partners Behind Our Sri Lanka Tours
Every itinerary we build is only as good as the places our guests sleep. These are the hotel groups, resorts and safari camps we work with across Sri Lanka, from Colombo and the west-coast beaches to the Cultural Triangle, the tea country and the national parks.
We contract directly with the properties below rather than through a booking site, which is how we hold rooms in peak season, match the right hotel to each traveller and sort out a problem on the ground with a phone call. The list is not exhaustive — smaller boutique stays and family-run guesthouses appear on individual itineraries — but these are the partners most guests will meet on our Sri Lanka tour packages and day tours.
Hotel and Resort Partners
21 groups and properties, from international five-star brands to Sri Lankan family-owned collections.
Sri Lankan Hotel Groups
Family-owned and locally listed groups with properties across several regions of the island. Working with a group rather than one hotel is what lets us keep a consistent standard through a multi-stop itinerary and move a booking when plans change.
A Sri Lankan hotel group with beach resorts at Waskaduwa and Hikkaduwa on the west coast and The Steuart in Colombo. A natural fit for itineraries that pair a city stopover with time on the west-coast beaches.
A family-owned Sri Lankan hotel group with properties from Negombo to the hill country, the wildlife parks and the east coast, offering family-friendly stays and luxury villas with a strong sustainability record.
Boutique hotels, resorts and retreats designed around Sri Lankan heritage, biodiversity and hospitality, from the Cultural Triangle to the tea country.
Part of Hayleys Leisure, with lakeside, beachfront and hill-country resorts: Amaya Lake at Dambulla, Amaya Hills in Kandy and Amaya Beach at Pasikudah on the east coast.
A collection of hotels across Sri Lanka's beaches, highlands, lakes and heritage destinations, each with its own dining, spa and local experiences. Useful for keeping a multi-stop route with one reliable standard.
The leisure arm of the Hayleys group, operating The Kingsbury in Colombo, the Amaya Resorts and the Boutique Collection by Amaya across Sri Lanka, plus a resort in the Maldives.
One of Sri Lanka's longest-established hotel companies, with resorts across the island and in the Maldives, Oman and India, and the group behind the Heritance brand.
A Sri Lankan group with hotels across the island's regions, including Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya and the Yala area, built around the regional character of each location.
A Sri Lankan hotel chain with properties in Kandy, Negombo, Colombo, Beruwala, Pasikuda and Kurunegala, covering both the classic cultural route and the coasts.
Aitken Spence's flagship brand, including Heritance Kandalama near Dambulla, Heritance Ahungalla on the west coast and the Heritance Tea Factory in the hills above Nuwara Eliya.
A Sri Lankan hotel group with resorts in the island's southern wildlife country, a base for Udawalawe and Yala safaris.
International Hotel Brands in Sri Lanka
Global brands with Sri Lankan properties, for guests who want a loyalty programme or a name they already know, usually for the Colombo nights and a beach finale.
A luxury hotel on Galle Face in Colombo with sea-facing rooms and suites and a wide choice of restaurants. Our recommendation for guests who want a five-star base in the capital.
The international group behind the Anantara and Avani brands in Sri Lanka, including Anantara Peace Haven at Tangalle and the Anantara and Avani resorts at Kalutara.
Luxury tented safari camps at Yala and Wilpattu national parks with resident naturalist guides. Our partner for guests who want to stay inside the wildlife experience rather than visit it for a day.
Overseas Travel Partners
Tour operators and travel agencies abroad who sell Sri Lanka with us as their ground partner.
We act as the Sri Lanka ground operator for travel companies in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia: confidential net rates, airport-to-airport handling and a local team available around the clock. Partners are listed here with their agreement, so if you would like your agency shown, or you are looking for a ground partner in Sri Lanka, start with the page below.
