Three restorative nights at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions on the west coast, built around a personal consultation with the resident doctor and a treatment plan prescribed from it: daily Ayurvedic therapies and massage, morning yoga and meditation, and cuisine cooked to your body constitution. Arrival & Wellness Consultation
Met at Bandaranaike International Airport and transferred the short distance to Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions, set beside the lagoon at Negombo. Check in, then the first consultation with the resident doctor, who assesses your bio-energetic type and sets the treatment plan and diet for the stay. An optional city tour can be added on the first or last day.

Full Treatment Day
The day opens with yoga, followed by a consultation and roughly two and a quarter hours of prescribed Ayurvedic treatment — head, body, foot and face therapies in the villa and the niwasa treatment centre. Meals are cooked to your constitution. The remainder of the day is yours for the pool, the gardens or the lagoon.

A second full day on the programme. Treatments continue to the doctor's prescription and internal preparations are adjusted as needed. Alongside the therapies there are breathing practices, a healthy cuisine demonstration and nature walks around the lagoon — the parts of the programme designed to travel home with you.

Closing Consultation & Departure
A final morning session and a closing consultation, at which the doctor issues your written Ayurveda health report with recommendations to continue at home. Check out and transfer to the airport, roughly an hour away. An optional short city tour can be added if your flight allows.

Booking Information
Once you submit your booking details, we will begin processing your reservation. A 20% advance payment is required via bank deposit. Your booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours after we receive the payment.
The remaining 80% of the package cost is payable 30 days prior to the tour start date. Once the final payment is completed, you may proceed with visa arrangements and other travel preparations.

- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservation. If clients wish to secure rooms in advance, a 50% block-booking payment is required to guarantee availability with the hotels.
- Rates apply only for this specific itinerary. If you wish to add or remove destinations, we can adjust the pricing accordingly. We also offer customized tailor-made programs upon request.
Cancellation Policy
All travel offers listed on our website are discounted. As such, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date and no-shows are non-refundable.
